AI Replies in One Click: How to Get the Best Results

This guide shows you how to build high-performing AI reply prompts that feel on-brand, relevant, and human — every single time.

Updated over 4 months ago

🧠 How the System Works (Behind the Scenes)

The AI doesn’t just generate generic responses. It adapts based on:

  • Message type — Public comment? Mention in a post? Private DM? The AI adjusts the tone, context, and length accordingly.

  • Platform — Replies on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook won’t look the same. The AI adapts its style to suit the native tone of each platform.

💡 Example: A reply to a customer comment on your own post will look more helpful and brand-forward. A reply to a tagged mention in a meme will lean more casual or witty — depending on your tone settings.

⚙️ Setting Up a Custom Prompt

To improve output quality, create prompts tailored to your brand using the Prompt Builder.

Step-by-Step: Creating a Prompt

  1. Name your prompt
Choose something descriptive like “Brand Voice - Support Replies” or “Holiday Campaign Replies”.

  2. Tone of voice
Pick a tone that aligns with your brand (e.g. personable, edgy, formal).
You can toggle the custom tone field to write your own:
“Witty, confident, friendly; similar to Gen Z humor but brand-safe.”

  3. Emoji usage
Toggle on if you want light emoji usage (we recommend “just one adequate emoji” max).

  4. Language
Match the language of the original message (default) or specify a fixed language (e.g. Brazilian Portuguese, British English).

  5. Context (crucial)
Fill out these three context fields:

  • Brand name

  • Industry (e.g. Fashion, Tech, Pet Food)

  • Additional details (up to 1,500 characters)

📌 Use this space to clarify important brand traits:

  • If you only sell online, state that.

  • If your brand values sustainability, innovation, or inclusivity — include that.

  • Share your target audience: Gen Z women, tech-savvy parents, skincare beginners, etc.

✨ Prompt Tips That Improve Output Quality

  • Be specific. “Luxury skincare, no physical stores, customer-first voice” is better than “Skincare brand.”

  • Avoid contradictions. Don’t say “formal and funny” unless you can define how.

  • Update often. Tailor prompts for new campaigns, sales seasons, or crisis response scenarios.

🔁 Set It and Save It

Once saved, you can use this prompt anytime to reply faster — without losing the nuance that makes your brand voice shine.

Want to make it your default? Just check the box when saving.

📌 Use Case Example: What to Include in "Additional Details"

“Our brand only sells DTC online. We speak to busy millennial moms. Replies should be warm, concise, and solution-focused. No upselling. Emojis OK, but avoid slang.”
