How to use the Profiles tab to track performance across your social channels

The Profiles tab gives you a centralized view of how each of your connected accounts is performing.

Updated over 4 months ago

The Profiles tab gives you a centralized view of how each of your connected accounts is performing, across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn. It shows high-level metrics such as total impressions, engagement, and post performance — helping you make smarter decisions at the profile level.

Where to find it

Navigate to the Profiles tab within Analyze. Each connected profile will be listed with aggregated metrics for a selected time period.

What you can track

  • Impressions (when available by platform and media type)

  • Engagements (calculated using reactions, comments, shares, and clicks)

  • Post-level aggregation for YouTube and others, where needed

Common uses

Platform limitations to note

  • TikTok Organic & Ads: No current-day impressions and engagement metrics available due to API limitations — filtering by 'today' will show 0.

  • YouTube: Engagements are calculated by aggregating all post-specific metrics, and comparing post metrics between today and yesterday.

  • Facebook Ads: Some ad assets may appear active but return 0 due to being paused or not generating activity.

  • LinkedIn: Like and comment counts may appear negative if users unlike or remove interactions (per LinkedIn documentation).

  • X: Organic impressions and engagement are not currently displayed in this tab.
