BrandBastion allows you to view and edit Zendesk ticket fields without leaving the platform.

How to View and Edit:

  1. Open the conversation modal that's linked to a conversation by clicking on Reply.

  2. On the sidebar, expand the Zendesk ticket section.

  3. View details like ticket status, priority, and internal notes.

  4. Edit fields such as status, priority, and internal notes directly from the platform.

All edits made in BrandBastion will automatically sync to Zendesk.
