Influencer detection feature for Instagram

This feature provides follower counts for users who comment, mention, or DM your brand, allowing you to discover potential collaborations, amplify positive sentiment, and address concerns raised by influential accounts.

Human Agent - Reply to DMs in 7 days

Brands can now extend the response window for direct messages (DMs) on Facebook and Instagram to 7 days by adding a Human Agent tag. This ensures that conversations requiring a longer resolution time can be managed effectively without message restrictions.
