How to Create an Asset Group

  1. Navigate to My Account > Assets

  2. Click the Asset Groups tab

  3. Click on Create asset group

  4. Name your group (e.g. “Brand US” or “Client A – Paid”)

  5. Select the assets you want to include

Groups can include any mix of ad accounts, pages, or profiles tied to your BrandBastion setup.

  • By region or language
    Ideal for companies managing assets across different countries or markets
    Example: Brand UK / Brand US / LATAM

  • By internal team or strategy
    Separate paid, organic, or support operations
    Example: Paid Team / Organic Social / CX Ops

  • By client (agencies and service providers)
    Keep each client’s assets contained
    Example: Client A / Client B

  • By brand (multi-brand portfolios)
    Useful for businesses with distinct sub-brands
    Example: Skincare Line / Wellness Brand / Apparel
