🔗 For Meta Assets

To enable monitoring on Facebook and Instagram, we recommend adding BrandBastion as a partner directly via Meta Business Manager.

  1. Once access is granted, contact BrandBastion Support so we can activate coverage.

You can also link Meta assets directly through the platform (see below).

🔧 Adding Assets via the BrandBastion Platform

This method works for:

  • Instagram

  • Facebook

  • YouTube

  • X (Twitter)

  • TikTok

  • LinkedIn

  • Google Busines

  • Trustpilot

Step 1: Go to ‘Assets’

  • Navigate to My Account > Assets

  • Click Add Assets

Step 2: Log In and Select Assets

  • Choose the platform you want to connect

  • Log into the relevant account

  • Select the pages/profiles/channels you want covered
→ Use Select All to include everything

📌 To monitor paid ads, you must connect the organic pages those ads run from.

🚀 What Happens After Setup

Once assets are added:

  • We automatically start crawling and analyzing comments

  • Initialization may take a few minutes up to several hours, depending on volume

  • You’ll get an email notification once everything is live

🗑️ How to Delete Assets

Remove assets you no longer want monitored—fully deactivating them from your account.

Step-by-Step

  1. Go to Assets
Navigate to My Account > Assets and view your full asset list.

  2. Open Edit Menu
Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the asset you want to remove, then select Edit.

  3. Turn Off Monitoring
Toggle monitoring off for the asset.

  4. Delete the Asset
Open the three-dot menu (⋮) again and select Delete.
