Q2 [April - June]

Profile metrics

A new Profile tab in Reports offers a detailed view of profile-level metrics, including follower counts, impressions, engagements, and engagement rate.

Use cases:

  • Track follower growth and engagement metrics at a profile level to understand audience trends.

  • Assess overall engagement rate to gauge audience interaction quality.

  • Use profile metrics to optimize content strategy and drive higher engagement.

Auto-assign workflow

You can now automatically assign comments and DMs to specific users based on tags. This lets you route messages based on tag filters—like language, time of day, content type, or post—and ensure the right person handles each interaction. For best results, pair this with autotagging to create a fully automated workflow from tagging to assignment.

Pair it with autotag workflows for a seamless flow.

Use cases
Shift-based assignment:

  • Assign all comments posted between 9–5 to User A

  • Assign all comments posted during off-hours to User B

Content type or priority:

  • Route CC-related comments to your Customer Care lead

  • Assign escalations or detractors to a specialist

Asset or campaign ownership:

  • Assign comments from specific posts or campaigns to the corresponding owner

Language routing:

  • Send English comments to your US team

  • Route French comments to your France-based team

Automated CSAT with Reply Workflow

Automated CSAT replies for DMs
Now you can automatically request CSAT feedback in DMs using a reply workflow. Simply trigger the workflow when a conversation is archived — either every time or only when tagged a specific way (e.g., “CSAT” or “Review request”). You control the timing, frequency, and rate limits to stay respectful of the user experience.

Use cases:

  • Measure satisfaction with support interactions: Trigger CSAT after support DMs are resolved.

  • Request reviews selectively: Only trigger when tagged with “Review request.”

  • Avoid spamming users: Configure a cooldown period (e.g., 20 days) between messages to the same user.

Advanced user permissions for Workflows

You can control exactly who can view or edit each workflow. With advanced permissions, teams can limit access to sensitive or in-progress automations while still keeping collaboration flexible.

Use cases

  • Restrict visibility: Keep test or draft workflows visible only to specific users or teams

  • Control editing rights: Prevent accidental changes by limiting editing access

  • Maintain ownership clarity: Allow only workflow owners or admins to make updates

Save and reuse your own prompts for Astra

You can now save custom prompts inside Astra to quickly rerun recurring analysis, reports, or deep dives—without retyping them every time. Whether you’re checking weekly sentiment shifts, monitoring a campaign’s performance, or digging into influencer trends, just save your go-to questions and reuse them in one click.

Use cases

  • Weekly check-ins: Save prompts like “Show me sentiment trends”

  • Campaign tracking: Reuse questions such as “What are people saying about our spring launch?”

  • Efficiency boost: Avoid repeating yourself—let Astra remember the prompts you use most
