Knowledge-grounded replies (add-on)

You can now connect your help center, website, or snippets directly to BrandBastion to power smarter replies. Replies will pull from your connected sources, ensuring accurate, on-brand responses with clear reference points. You’ll also see which sources were used for each reply, giving you full transparency and control.

  • Ensure consistent replies that match your website content and FAQs.

  • Build trust by showing which sources were used in the reply.


Ready-to-send queue with AI replies (add-on)

Generate AI replies in advance with reply workflows and approve them all in one place. The ready-to-send queue collects responses created by your reply workflows so your team can quickly approve, reject, or edit—individually or in bulk—before anything is posted. This helps you keep speed without sacrificing control or brand voice.

Use cases

  • Faster approvals: batch-approve a day’s worth of suggested replies in minutes.

  • Quality control: route sensitive conversations to human review while letting routine messages sail through.

  • Team coordination: assign owners and avoid duplicates with a single source of truth for pending replies.


AI prompts with dos and don’ts

Reply prompts now include sections for dos and don’ts, giving you more control over brand voice and guardrails.

Like workflow

Automate likes across TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn comments. This lets you acknowledge and boost positive interactions at scale without manual effort.

Maximum alert triggered

Control how often alerts are sent by setting a maximum number per day. Avoid overwhelming your team with repeated notifications.

When creating a reply workflow, you’ll now see not only past comments that would trigger it but also the replies that would have been sent.

Now add AI-powered analysis directly into email alerts. Include Astra insights with custom prompts to enrich your alerts. Available for Reputation+ and Engage+ clients.

The workflow table has a new design for easier navigation and a clearer overview of your workflows.
