Updated over 3 weeks ago

See how much time you’re saving with BrandBastion

A new report shows exactly how many hours your team is saving by using BrandBastion’s automations and engagement tools — including replies, moderation, tagging, sentiment analysis, and more. Each feature’s impact is now quantified based on how often it’s used and how much time it saves per message.

Use cases

  • Prove ROI:Share clear data on how BrandBastion saves your team time

  • Optimize tool usage: Identify which features drive the most efficiency

  • Benchmark performance: Track time saved over time to measure operational improvements

Choose how many messages to auto-assign

You can now control how many messages are assigned to you at a time — from 1 to 25 — when using the “Assign to me” feature. Set a default number for faster workflows, or let team members adjust it manually each time before assigning.

Use cases

  • Improve workflow control: Let agents choose how many messages they can handle at once

  • Reduce overload: Avoid assigning too many messages in one go

  • Customize team workflows: Adjust assignment preferences based on team capacity and shift

Threads coverage

Threads support for monitoring, reply, hide, and keyword discovery

Reply to and hide comments on your brand’s Threads posts. This allows you to deliver the same level of protection, care, and visibility on Threads as you do on other social platforms.

Use cases

  • Respond to questions and praise in Threads comments quickly and at scale.

  • Hide spam, harmful, or off-brand comments from Threads posts.

Threads support keyword monitoring

Listen for keywords to discover and engage with new conversations—even if your brand isn’t tagged.

Use cases

  • Discover untagged Threads posts using keywords and reply directly.

  • Jump into relevant conversations tied to your industry, competitors, or campaigns.

Percentage growth alerts

Create alerts that trigger when a metric grows by a chosen percentage over a time window, instead of using absolute number thresholds. This helps you catch meaningful spikes across accounts of different sizes and seasonal baselines.

Use cases:

  • Detect sudden surges in negative comments even on low-volume pages

  • Flag rapid growth in comments after a campaign launch

  • Monitor percentage jumps in brand mentions to spot emerging trends

Batch mode upgrades: user timeline, full tags, faster replies

Batch mode now shows a side panel with user details and recent history, exposes all tags at a glance, and reduces clicks to generate suggested replies, speeding up triage without sacrificing context.

Use cases:

  • Triage large campaigns while seeing each user’s past journey

  • Apply accurate tags faster across many comments

  • Ship consistent, on-brand replies with fewer steps

Any user alert for repetitive commenters

Set an alert that triggers when any individual user comments more than X times within a time window, helping you identify repetitive or spammy behavior early.

Use cases:

  • Surface potential spam or bot-like activity

  • Find superfans who engage across multiple posts

  • Trigger moderation review when the same user repeats sensitive topics

Reply workflow exclusions

Exclude sensitive or risky cases from automated replies using sentiment, keywords, user attributes, or post-level filters. We’ve added starter exclusions to keep replies safe out of the box.

Use cases:

  • Avoid auto-replying to negative or crisis-prone comments

  • Skip sensitive keywords that require human review

  • Limit auto-replies to specific campaigns or posts only

Inbox collision: real-time viewer notifications

See instant notifications in the reply modal when another teammate is viewing the same comment. Reduce duplicate replies and improve coordination during spikes.

Use cases:

  • Prevent double replies in high-velocity threads

  • Coordinate who takes the next action (reply vs. escalate)

  • Improve training by letting juniors see seniors “in” a thread

Instagram brand reply like count (monthly refresh)

Track how many likes your brand replies receive on Instagram. Counts refresh at the beginning of each month to support clean reporting and trend analysis. Available as an add-on.

Use cases:

  • Prove which reply styles resonate with your audience

  • Benchmark reply performance across campaigns or regions

  • Feed insights into your reply library and tone guidelines
