Invite influencers to connect via invite link (Facebook and Instagram)

Invite links let influencers securely connect their Facebook and Instagram assets so you can monitor partnership ad comments without adding them to your owned asset stack.

Updated over 3 months ago

When to use this

Use invite links when you need to:

  • Monitor partnership ad comments on influencer-run campaigns

  • Keep the influencer’s assets separated from your owned assets

  • Set a time-boxed connection for access to influencer accounts

Create an invite link (recommended)

Step 1: Open Influencer assets

  1. Go to My Account → Assets → Influencer Assets

  2. Click Create invite link.

Step 2: Configure the invite

In the Invite influencer modal, set:

  • Influencer name: internal label for this connection

  • Connection expires in: dropdown (default 50 days)

  • Which posts should be monitored

    • Enable Ad comments and/or Organic comments (based on your needs)

  • Partnership ads

    • Instagram: select which brand account(s) are running partnership ads with this influencer

    • Facebook: add the brand website domain(s) used on ads with this influencer

  • Optional filters

    • Destination link contains - this will only monitor ads that have a specific word in the link

    • Caption contains - this will only monitor posts/ads that have a specific word in the caption

Step 3: Generate and share the link

  1. Click Generate Invite Link.

  2. Copy the URL from the success state.

  3. Send it to the influencer.
