Meta ad performance reporting
Track Meta ad performance and engagement side by side in a dedicated Ads & campaigns report. You can switch between Campaigns, Ad sets, and Ads, drill down with one click, and keep filters in place as you explore. Each level combines Meta metrics like spend, ROAS, conversions, reach, and CTR with BrandBastion metrics like CM score, net sentiment score, moderation rate, response rate, and comment sentiment breakdown, helping you understand which ads are driving both performance and healthy conversations.
Use cases:
Spot high-spend campaigns with low CM score or negative sentiment before issues escalate.
Drill into specific ad sets or ads to find which creative is driving harmful, negative, or engageable comments.
Compare conversion performance with response rate and sentiment to decide where your team should focus.
Where to find it:
Go to Analyze → Social reporting → Ad Performance. Use the tabs to switch between Campaigns, Ad sets, and Ads, then click into any row to drill down.
Ad performance alerts
Create alerts for key Meta ad performance KPIs and get notified when something changes. Alerts include the affected campaigns and a direct link to the exact filtered view in BrandBastion, so your team can investigate faster and take action before budget is wasted.
Use cases:
Get alerted when ROAS drops, cost per result increases, or another KPI crosses your threshold.
Catch early signs of creative fatigue or targeting issues.
Review the comment context connected to affected ads so performance and brand risk can be evaluated together.
Where to find it:
Go to Control Panel → Workflows → Add workflow → Alert, then choose the ad performance alert conditions you want to monitor.
Duplicate saved replies and saved filters
You can now duplicate saved replies and saved filters instead of creating similar ones from scratch. This makes it faster to build variations, reuse existing setups, and make small edits without changing the original.
Use cases:
Create a new saved reply variation based on an existing reply.
Reuse a saved filter setup and adjust only one or two conditions.
Save time when building similar workflows, views, or team-specific filters.
Where to find it:
For saved replies, go to Control Panel → Engage Library → Saved replies, open the three-dot menu, and select Duplicate. For saved filters, open the Saved filters panel, click the three-dot menu next to a saved filter, and select Duplicate.
AI post analysis fields in tag workflows
Tag workflows can now use AI post analysis fields as conditions. This means tags can be applied based on what BrandBastion detects in the post itself, including text from OCR or audio transcription, description keywords, and intention keywords.
Use cases:
Tag conversations based on the topic or intent of the original post.
Separate comments coming from posts about launches, promotions, complaints, or product claims.
Build more accurate workflows by combining comment filters with post-level AI context.
Where to find it:
Go to Control Panel → Workflows → Tag workflow.
Filter by agent activity
You can now filter conversations based on agent activity, including who replied, who archived, and who hid a conversation. This gives teams more visibility into actions taken in the inbox and makes it easier to review work by person or action type.
Use cases:
Review all conversations replied to by a specific agent.
Check which conversations were hidden or archived by the team.
Audit moderation or reply activity during a specific period.
Where to find it:
Go to the filters sidebar. Use the agent activity filters to filter by replied by, archived by, or hidden by.
Sort conversations by post created time
You can now sort conversations by the time the original post was created. This helps teams focus on comments from newer posts first, instead of only sorting by when the comment was added.
Use cases:
Prioritize comments on recently published posts while they are still relevant.
Review new campaign posts faster during launches.
Separate conversations from older posts when they are less urgent.
Where to find it:
Go to Engage, and click on the sort by dropdown. Select sort by newest posts to sort conversations based on when the original post was published.
Influencer detection for X
BrandBastion now shows key author details for X conversations directly in the inbox, including verified status, bio, follower count, total tweets, and profile creation date. This helps your team quickly spot high-impact voices and prioritize conversations that may have more visibility or influence.
Use cases:
Prioritize replies when a verified user or high-follower account mentions your brand.
Route creator, influencer, media, or VIP conversations to the right teammate faster.
Add more context to reporting by separating everyday chatter from high-reach accounts.
Where to find it:
Go to Engage and click "Reply" on an X conversation. Author details are shown in the conversation view so you can assess reach and relevance without leaving BrandBastion.
