Manage Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Secure your BrandBastion account by enabling or disabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) using an Authenticator App.

🔒 Enable Two-Factor Authentication

Add an extra layer of security to protect your login credentials.

Follow these steps to enable 2FA:

  1. Navigate to My Account → My Profile.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the User Profile page.

  3. Click Enable Multifactor Authentication.

  4. Click Continue to proceed.

  5. Set up your device:

    • Open the Google Authenticator app on your mobile device.

    • Scan the barcode displayed on the screen, or copy and paste the token manually into the app.

    • BrandBastion will be added to your Authenticator list and start generating codes.

  6. Enter the code generated by the Authenticator app.

  7. Click Continue to complete the setup.

  8. Click Close to return to BrandBastion.

📌 Note: 2FA will be required each time you log in after setup.

🚫 Disable Two-Factor Authentication

Remove 2FA if you no longer wish to use it.

  1. Navigate to My Account → My Profile.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the User Profile page.

  3. Click Disable Multifactor Authentication.

💡 Tip: We strongly recommend keeping 2FA enabled for maximum account security.
