Requesting Account Deletion
To delete your BrandBastion account and associated data, you have two options:
Option 1: Delete via Company Settings (Admin Only)
If you're a Company Admin, you can delete your account directly from the app:
Go to Company Settings
Scroll down to Delete Company
Click the button and confirm deletion
This action permanently deletes your company’s data from the BrandBastion platform.
Option 2: Request Deletion via Email
If you’re not an admin or prefer to go through support:
Email [email protected]
Include your company name and the email address associated with the account
Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
Our team will confirm your identity and proceed with deletion.
🔐 What Happens to Your Data
When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed within 30 days:
All company-level user accounts
Social media interactions and analytics
Tags, rules, filters, and settings
Connected ad accounts and integrations
What We Retain (Temporarily)
Audit logs and deletion records may be retained for up to 30 days for compliance and security purposes.
Data may remain in encrypted backups for a limited time but will not be used for any processing or analysis.
🔒 Revoke Social Media Access Separately
Deleting your BrandBastion account does not automatically revoke access from your connected social media platforms.
To remove BrandBastion's permissions:

About the Developer
This data and account deletion policy applies to BrandBastion, as listed on your social media app integrations and store listings.
