🔧 What You’ll Need
To enable the integration, you’ll need:
Apple Developer account with Account holder role
App Store Connect API Key credentials (Key ID, Issuer ID, and private key file)
Access to your app in App Store Connect
A BrandBastion Reviews account with integration permissions
📌 This setup uses the official App Store Connect API, ensuring secure and stable access to review data and response functionality.
Step-by-Step: Connect Your Apple App
1. Generate an API Key in App Store Connect
Log in to App Store Connect
Go to Users and Access > Integrations tab
Click the “+” icon
Name the key (e.g. BrandBastion)
Set the Access Level to: Customer Support
Click Generate
Once generated:
Download the API Key (.p8 file) — it will not be available again
Copy the Key ID and Issuer ID — you’ll need these in the next step
2. Connect to BrandBastion
In BrandBastion, go to:
My Account > Assets > Add assets > Apple Store > ConnectEnter your Key ID and Issuer ID
Upload your .p8 key file
Click Add to complete the setup
