Adding a Saved Reply

You can create Saved Replies from two places:

  • My Account β†’ Company β†’ Saved Replies

  • Directly from any conversation after clicking Reply

How to Create a Saved Reply

  • Click "Create Saved Reply" to draft your message.

  • Use AI to generate variations: Instantly create up to 20 alternative versions for flexibility and tone adjustments.

  • Tag your Saved Reply:
    πŸ“Œ When a comment or message shares the same tag, your Saved Reply will be automatically suggested.


Using a Saved Reply

When replying to a conversation:

  1. Click "Reply" on the comment or message.

  2. Select a Saved Reply from the list that appears.

  3. The reply will pre-populate in the response box.

  4. Edit as needed to customize, or send immediately.
