💬 Using Saved Replies

  1. Tag or Filter Conversations First
Group conversations by relevant tag, keyword, or topic (e.g., “Shipping”, “Promo Code”) to ensure one reply fits all.

  2. Enter Batch Mode
Select conversations you want to reply to.

  3. Click “Reply” > “Using Saved Reply”
Choose from your Saved Replies library.

  4. Use Variations
You’ll need at least 20 variations per saved reply to help keep your responses dynamic, natural, and aligned with platform best practices. We recommend you generate 50 variations and you can do that in one click with our AI assistant.

💡 Tips for Successful Batch Replies

  • Keep Saved Replies Updated
Rotate phrases and emojis seasonally to feel fresh and on-brand.

  • Double-check sentiment
Avoid batch replying to negative or escalated messages unless carefully filtered.

  • Use tags to organize smartly
This lets your team apply different responses to praise vs. complaints.
