Linking Zendesk Users to Social Media Profiles

Manually connect Zendesk users with social media profiles for a unified, cross-platform customer view.

How to Link Users:

  1. Open the Conversation
    From BrandBastion, navigate to the conversation you want to link.

  2. Click "Link User"
    Initiate the linking process from the conversation modal.

  3. Search for the Zendesk User
    Find and select the correct Zendesk user.

  4. Confirm the Link
    Complete the connection between the social media profile and Zendesk user.

Need to link someone new? You can create a new Zendesk user directly from BrandBastion if no match exists.
