Can I tag another user in the post caption, and will it work when the post goes live?
Yes — tagging in captions works for supported platforms.
You can mention other users using @username
in your post caption, and the tag will remain functional when the post goes live.
Supported platforms:
Instagram — Tagging works in captions and directly on the media (photo/video).
TikTok
X (formerly Twitter)
📌 Note: The username must be correctly spelled and valid on the platform for the tag to work.
If a user is granted access to only specific accounts, will they see and publish posts for just those?
They’ll only be able to publish from the accounts assigned to them — but they can see all scheduled and published posts across accounts.
This means:
Posting access is limited to their assigned brand accounts.
Visibility is broader — they can view publishing activity across the workspace (helpful for context, coordination, or oversight).
💡 Tip: Use roles and asset-level access to keep control tight.
Is there filtering available in the Publish tab?
Yes — the Publish tab includes several powerful filters.
You can filter by:
Asset
Platform
Post type
Post ID or URL
Post tags
Keywords in post caption
Publishing status (e.g. scheduled, published, failed)
Use these filters to quickly find, audit, or refine publishing workflows.
Can you create custom thumbnails for posts?
Yes — for Instagram and YouTube.
You can upload a custom thumbnail for both platforms.
📌 Note: If your workflow requires selecting a frame from the video, we recommend exporting it externally and uploading as a static image. Frame-scrubbing (choosing a frame from the video itself) is not supported directly in-platform at this time.
If you add hashtags, will they automatically convert or stay as plain text?
Yes — hashtags are preserved and functional.
Hashtags added in your caption will remain active and clickable on all platforms that support them.
