How to Use Batch Replying

Batch replying lets you generate multiple AI replies at once from the To Review tabs. It’s designed to handle large volumes quickly while still giving you visibility before sending.

Why This Matters

Generating replies one-by-one slows down operations. With batch reply mode, you can create up to 25 AI replies at a time, reducing turnaround while keeping control of the final send.

How to Batch Reply

  1. Go to any To Review tab.

  2. Click Batch Mode.

  3. Select up to 25 messages.

  4. Click AI Reply.

  • The system uses your default AI prompt to draft replies.

  • If you’ve enabled Advanced Default Settings, it may trigger different prompts depending on filters (see How to Set Up Prompt Instructions for Better Replies).

  • Drafting takes a couple of seconds per message.

Example in Action

  • Queue: 25 questions about product sizing.

  • Batch mode generates replies referencing your size guide in one action.

  • You then quickly review and approve them.

💡 Tip: Use batch reply when facing repetitive questions. Save one-by-one review for escalations or sensitive cases.
