How It Works
BrandBastion alerts and reports can be emailed directly into a Microsoft Teams channel using Teamsβ built-in channel email address feature.
Once configured, any email sent to that address will appear as a new message in the selected channel.
Step-by-Step: Send Alerts or Reports to Microsoft Teams
1. Create an email address for your Teams channel
Follow these steps in Microsoft Teams:
Go to Teams
Find the channel you want to email
Click the More options (
...) next to the channel nameSelect Get email address
Copy the email address shown
This generates a unique email address (e.g., [email protected]) linked to that specific channel.
π Note: Your Microsoft 365 admin may control whether this feature is available or who can use it.
2. Add the Teams email to BrandBastion
