Competitor benchmarking for app reviews

Add competitor apps from the App Store or Google Play and instantly see how your rating stacks up. Go beyond the score with Astra insights that compare review themes, surface what’s driving dips or wins, and pull in top displayed reviews so you can see what customers are actually reacting to across the category.

Use cases:

  • Spot rating shifts early and understand what’s behind them (bugs, pricing, onboarding, support)

  • See where you win vs competitors and turn it into sharper positioning and ad angles

  • Compare your reviews against competitors’ top displayed reviews to catch messaging gaps and product friction fast

Smart AI post risk management alerts

Catch trouble early, even when it looks like business as usual at first. This alert keeps an eye on each post as it picks up momentum and flags unpredictable risk patterns like sudden pile ons, coordinated negativity, spam waves, off topic hijacks, boycott chatter, and sensitive topic spikes. You get a clear heads up on what’s happening, why it’s unusual, and where to jump in, so you can act fast while the conversation is still manageable. Available on Reputation+ and above.

Use cases :

  • Spot early signs of a post starting to spiral before it becomes a full blown issue

  • Detect coordinated attacks, harassment pile ons, or spam bursts that appear out of nowhere

  • Flag sensitive topic spikes and reputation threats quickly so the right team can step in

Collision mode for batch replies and existing replies

Collision mode adds smart protections to prevent accidental double-posting in busy inboxes. Two protections prevent double-posting:

1) Reply queue detected: The system checks for replies already queued. If a reply is waiting in the queue, we block users from approving another.

2) Existing reply detected: If another posted reply is detected, we stop additional replies from being sent. You need to have the workflow "Mark as replied outside platform (parent)" (under Organize) ON.

Use cases:
• Prevent duplicate replies during high-volume batch approvals
• Avoid double responses when multiple team members work on the same inbox
• Keep brand interactions clean and professional across platforms

DM chatbot for Agent+

Automatically handle selected private messages with a smart DM assistant that uses your custom prompts and knowledge. Choose which topics it should reply to, set a clear intro message, define what must be escalated to a human, and control what happens when it does not have enough information to respond.

Use cases:

  • Automate common DM questions about orders, shipping, returns, and basic product info so your team focuses on edge cases.

  • Protect sensitive conversations by routing frustrated customers, scams, and urgent issues straight to a human.

  • Stay compliant by using a clear intro line that discloses automation across platforms and regions.

Agent+ knowledge groups

Create separate knowledge groups for Agent+ so it can use the right context for each brand, market, or strategy inside one account. Pick which group to use for a workflow and keep content, rules, and examples neatly segmented.

Use cases:

  • Manage multiple brands in one account while keeping each brand playbook fully separate.

  • Run different strategies per country or language without risking cross contamination of rules.

  • Test new positioning or campaign messaging in a dedicated knowledge group before rolling it out.

Conversation history

See the full story of a conversation in one place, including every action taken and who took it. Track replies, hides, assignments, and any workflows that fired, so it is easy to understand what happened, when it happened, and why the thread looks the way it does.

Use cases:

  • Quickly audit a sensitive thread to confirm the right actions were taken and by the right person.

  • Debug unexpected outcomes by spotting which workflow triggered and what it changed.

  • Hand off conversations between teammates without losing context on what has already been done.
