How to Batch Approve Pre-Drafted Replies

Batch approval lets you send or reject multiple AI-drafted replies that are already prepared and waiting in your queue.

Why This Matters

Pre-drafted replies eliminate the need to generate answers in the moment. With batch approval, you can review and clear high volumes in seconds.


How to Batch Approve

  1. Go to any To Review tab.

  2. Open the Ready for Send section.

    • This section contains replies drafted in advance by workflows.

    • Set these up under Control Panel > Workflows > Reply Workflows > Pending Approval.

  3. Select up to 25 messages.

  4. Click Batch Approve to send them all at once.

  5. Or choose Reject or Archive to clear them from the queue.


Example in Action

  • A workflow generates 100 pre-drafted replies for a Black Friday promo.

  • Inside Ready for Send, you review and batch-approve 25 at a time.

  • All replies go live instantly, freeing your team to focus on complex issues.
