What you can send
From a TikTok Shop conversation, agents can send:
Text replies
Image replies
Order cards (by Order ID, with preview)
Product cards (by Product ID, with preview)

Commerce cards and buyer order context only appear in TikTok Shop conversations.
Send a text reply
Type your message in the composer.
Click Send reply.
Text limit: up to 2000 characters per message.
Send an image reply
Click the image icon in the composer toolbar.
Select an image file from your device.
If the upload succeeds, click Send.
Image requirements
Formats: jpg, gif, webp, png
Max size: 10MB

Send a product or order card
Use cards when you want the buyer to reference the exact product or order youโre discussing.
Send an order card
Open a TikTok Shop conversation.
Click Send order card icon in the composer toolbar.
Enter the Order ID.
Wait for the Preview to load.
Click Send order card.
What the preview includes (at minimum):
Order status
Order ID
Order date / create time
Items ordered (product name, SKU name, qty)
Shipping and fulfillment (carrier, tracking number if available)
Payment and refunds summary
Order summary totals
Send a product card
Open a TikTok Shop conversation.
Click Send product card icon in the composer toolbar.
Enter the Product ID.
Wait for the Preview to load.
Click Send product card.
Operational best practices
Use product cards to remove ambiguity when recommending a specific product or variant.
Use order cards to resolve WISMO, refund, and delivery questions with one structured reply.
