AI Replies for TikTok Shop: Using Buyer Context

Generate faster, more accurate replies by enriching AI reply input with TikTok Shop order and product context.

What this feature does

Edit your AI prompts and enable "Use TikTok Shop customer history to improve private replies" under AI skills.

When enabled, BrandBastion adds TikTok Shop buyer context to AI reply generation so suggested replies are more accurate for:

  • “Where’s my order?” and delivery questions

  • Refund and payment questions

  • Product availability and recommendation questions

This is designed for TikTok Shop private conversations where commerce context changes what a “good reply” looks like.

When this toggle is on, BrandBastion can include:

  • Order history (used when generating a reply)

  • Order card details from the last 20 messages (when present)

  • Product card details from the last 20 messages (when present)

When this toggle is off, BrandBastion sends:

  • High-level card context only (no detailed order or product fields)

📌 Note: This toggle affects AI reply generation only. It does not change what’s visible in the conversation thread.

What the AI sees when the toggle is ON

When enabled, BrandBastion appends a buyer context section to the AI reply input, including:

  • Customer summary (name when available)

  • Order history window (recent orders)

  • Per-order summary fields (status, ID, date, items, shipping/fulfillment fields, totals)

  • Product card details when a product card appears in the recent message context

This makes AI replies more specific, for example:

  • referencing the right order status

  • acknowledging delivery method or tracking

  • confirming the exact product/variant discussed

What the AI sees when the toggle is OFF

When disabled, BrandBastion still describes what happened in the last 20 messages, but keeps it intentionally generic.

Example card context:

  • “User sent an Order Card to the brand with information about an order (status, order id, order date, items, shipping details, totals).”

  • “Brand sent a Product Card with information about a product (title, brand, price, availability, product id).”
