Where Buyer orders appear

In a TikTok Shop conversation, you’ll see a right-side panel section called Buyer orders.

What the buyer orders is based on

BrandBastion uses the buyer identifier from the TikTok Shop conversation user to load order history context.

Buyer orders list view

The collapsed list shows multiple recent orders for the buyer.

Each order row displays at a minimum:

  • Order ID

  • Order status

  • Order create time

  • Total amount

Orders are sorted:

  • Most recent first (based on create time)

If no orders are available, the panel shows:

  • No recent orders found for this buyer.

Expand an order for full context

  1. In Buyer orders, click an order row to expand it.

  2. Review the order breakdown inline.

Behavior:

  • Only one order can be expanded at a time.

  • Expanding a new order collapses the previously expanded one.

What you’ll see in the expanded view (minimum)

  • Order ID

  • Order status

  • Order create time

  • Total amount

  • Items ordered

    • Product name

    • SKU name

    • Quantity

Quantity aggregation rules

If the same SKU appears multiple times in the order details, BrandBastion aggregates quantities and shows:

  • One line item per SKU

Additional sections (when available)

Depending on what TikTok returns for that order, you may also see:

  • Shipping and fulfillment (carrier, tracking number, shipment status)

  • Shipping address (masked where appropriate)

  • Payment and refunds

  • Order summary (subtotal, shipping, discounts, total)

How agents should use this in live support

  • Start with the most recent order to resolve WISMO quickly.

  • Use the expanded view to confirm items, totals, and tracking before replying.

  • If you need to send the buyer a structured reference, use Send order card from the composer.
