  • Dynamic and customized ad formats have limited ad metadata. Expect only organic fields such as post ID, asset ID, post type, and post link. On the platform, these posts will be defined as "unlinked ads".

  • Facebook mentions can be crawled from public Pages or public profiles.

  • For Facebook mentions, sometimes the comment author can show as unknown, and in that case you won't be able to reply.
